I became a lender over 12 years ago because I couldn’t get approved with a major bank. Today, my business philosophy is very simple. Just because a borrower doesn’t fit a conventional lending box, he/she still deserves a loan. As a private mortgage broker, I work for the client, not the lender. My job is to find the right loan to meet the need of the borrower.
